Gouda Quiche

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2
● 2 eggs
● ½ cup gouda cheese, shredded
● 3 spring onions, chopped
● 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
● 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
● Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
● ¼ cup milk
● ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk cheese and the other
ingredients and stir well.
2. Pour the mixture into a ramekin, place in the Instant Vortex air
fryer’s basket, and cook at 340ºF for 30 minutes.
3. Take the ramekin out of the fryer, divide the quiche between two
plates, and serve.
