Ingredients:
● 4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
● 1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
● 1 cup baby spinach
● 3 spring onions, chopped
● ¼ cup heavy cream
● 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 tablespoon lime juice
● Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In the Instant Vortex Air fryer’s basket combine the eggs with
tomatoes and the other ingredients and heat everything up at 350ºF
for 8 minutes.
2. Divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
